It depends on several variables. To deliver 2 to 3 weeks before the event and meet our quality standards, including sending samples beforehand, the ideal is to order between 2 and 5 months ahead. Each case is assessed individually.

Preferably a minimum of 300 units, to keep the price/quality balance RUNIT is known for.

Yes, we have samples of all our finished products (t-shirts, fabrics, medals, etc.). The personalized sample is produced and delivered once the order is approved, with enough lead time.

At RUNIT, every product is made to specifications unique to your event. Because of the custom nature of our items, we can't accept returns once production has been approved and completed. That said, excellence is our priority: if you receive a product with manufacturing defects, printing errors or discrepancies with the agreed technical specifications, you have 10 business days after receipt to file a claim and assess the applicable discount case by case.

Depending on the state of production, we'll assess whether the changes are possible.

It depends on the event and the client's request. At RUNIT you can build your own kit with no limits.

We don't just print; we advise on fabric types, weights and printing techniques so the garment is comfortable, technical and durable, and fits the climate, the distance and the budget.

No. RUNIT doesn't work from a rigid catalogue; we develop custom solutions adapted to the needs of each event.
